Climate of Her Favour Lyrics

There's a frost on the fields and a chill to the night
Where the vixen screams and the dog fox fights
And all the world is lying still
In silent ease and frozen will. There's a change in the season and a change in you
From the girl I wanted to the one I knew
And I've grown tired of trying to save her
And trying to reach the climate of your favour.Ice on the water, snow in the sky
Darkness falls to the night owl's cry
And all the world is sleeping still
In silent ease and frozen will. There's a change in the season and a change in you
From the time we started to the time we're through
And I've grown tired of trying to save her
And trying to reach the climate or your favour.INSTRUMENTALYes I've grown tired of trying to save her
And trying to reach the climate or your favour.

Clifford Thomas Ward - Born 10 February 1944, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire — 18 December 2001 Clifford T. Ward typified the early 70s bedsitter singer-songwriter with a series of albums that were at best delightful and at worst mawkish. Ward left grammar school before A-levels to work as a clerk, but by 1962 was fronting local beat group Cliff Ward and the Cruisers. The group changed their name to Martin Raynor and the Secrets and made their recording debut for EMI Records in 1965, before recording several more tracks as the Secrets for CBS Records.
