Close to You Lyrics

Why do birds suddenly appear
Every time you are near?
Just like me, they long to be close to youWhy do stars fall down from the sky
Every time you walk by?
Just like me, they long to be close to youOn the day that you were born, the angels got together
And decided to create a dream come true
So they sprinkled moon dust in your hair
And gold and starlight in your eyes of blueSo that is why all the guys in town
Follow you all around
Just like me, they long to be close to youThat is why all the guys in town
Follow you all around
Just like me, they long to be close to youOn the day that you were born, the angels got together
And decided to create a dream come true
They sprinkled moon dust in your hair and gold
And starlight in your eyes of blueAnd that is why all the guys in town
Follow you all around
And just like me, they long to be close to you
Just like me, they long to be close to you
