Come On and Sing Lyrics

Come on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longMost everybody doing too much fighting
And there's not enough singing goin' on
Hey, how many people have you ever seen fight
While they were singing a song?Come on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longMost everybody mistreating one another
Just for their personal gain
Hey, but that wouldn't happen if the sisters and the brothers
Were to hold back their heads and singCome on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longWell, almost everybody's doing too much talking
Talking and just gettin' mad
So if all that talking gonna make you unhappy

Why don't you just sing and be gladCome on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longCome on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longCome on and sing girls, sing boys
Sing a happy song
Come on and sing girls, sing boys
This old world may not last longCome on and sing girls, sing boys
