As he was in the music since his young age, from different directions like hip-hop, pop, r'n'b, in 1995 he steps into electronic music by choosing trance as his favorite sound. Aki started his DJ carrier in 1997 by forming the INTELLECT organization along with DJ Vlada and very soon he becomes one of the leaders of the trance scene in Belgrade. In 1998 he meets Eli and together they bild up the Species project.
