Cursed Lyrics

Dig your polished nails into the dirt
Rip your skirts off, wipe the hurt off
You know it tears my heart out when you
Flirt with danger and any strangerYou're not as stupid as I look
Before I could read, you wrote the bookCursed, since your birth, dear
And you worst fears have all come trueFound my head when I got my first tattoo
Thought I was naked when I penetrated
Told everyone I'd slept with you
Thought you liked it or you would've denied itSaint Peter's gonna be unfaithful
Tell God, He's got a dirty angelCursed, since your birth, dear
And you worst fears have all come trueBabe, you're not the first
You are cursed, dear
'Cause I'm still here
And I'm cursed too, cursed like youHush, baby sleep now
We all love you, we always didCursed since your birth, dear
And you worst fears have all come trueBabe, you're not the first
You are cursed, dear
'Cause I'm still here

And I'm cursed too, cursed like youHush, baby sleep now
We all miss you, we always will

Robert Peter Williams (born 13 February 1974, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire) is an English singer, songwriter, and record producer. While Williams' early pop career started with the hit boy band Take That, he has found far greater success since taking his leave in 1995. Williams has sold over 70 million records worldwide, which ranks him among the best-selling music artists worldwide. He is the best-selling British solo artist in the United Kingdom and the best selling non-Latino artist in Latin America.

Six of his albums are among the top 100 biggest-selling albums in the United Kingdom. He has also been honoured with seventeen BRIT Awards—more than any other artist—and seven ECHO Awards. In 2004, he was inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame after being voted as the "Greatest Artist of the 1990s."

The Candy Songfacts reports that Williams teamed up with his Take That bandmate Gary Barlow, to write the first single from his ninth studio album, Take The Crown. "Candy" will be released October 29, 2012.
