Daddy Lyrics

Daddy?
Daddy?
Daddy?
Damn man, this is crazy
Got a little son now, little me
Runnin' around, it's crazy
I'd do anything, man, anything
Life is precious, remember that
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
I just had a newborn
Shorty weighs 7 pounds, 6 ounces, 20 inches, too strong
I'm happy now, I'ma daddy now
I gotta be there, I ain't get to see my daddy around
We ain't never get to ball out kid
I was young, the game caught him before I did, but
Back to you, son, as for you, son
I'd do any and everything, that's the truth, son
From the dirtiest diaper, till you get old enough

To dirty your Nike's up, I'm your clean up man
You ever need a hand, need a foot, need a heart, need a lung
Reach for the phone, call me up, son
Yes, everything drops for you, everything stops for you
I'll bury a block for you, I'll let go every shot for you
And I'll reload the clip, just to make sho he's hit
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
Said, "I gotta little boy to look after"
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
Everyday I look in your face, I sit back and I smile
Look at his face, it's just like mine, wow
Damn, this kid shines
Authority and priorities, this kid's mine, so
That means I gotta beat him if I have to
Keep him out of bad schools, teach him how to rap smooth
Show him the ropes like, make sure his rope's tight
No screws loose, no loose screws
Got manners, got morals, got sense of respect
'Cause when you gone, boy, that's all you got left
You ever get craze for candy, don't take a strangers candy
Open a strangers candy, those are the strangest candies
I'm your rider, your guider, pusher, provider
But most of all I'm your father and I'm just looking out for you
When there's a problem, man, I'm just looking out for you
I ain't talking, man, I'm just pulling out for you
The Ford, a sword, the hood'll come out for you
And what I'm about to do, you shouldn't go out and do
You just make sure your good to me, you good to mom
Respect your elders, you grow to be good and strong
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
Said, "I gotta little boy to look after"
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
I raise you up in the sky, like behold
The only thing greater than I, you, my greatest achievement
Fuck a platinum plaque, this is history in the making, believe it
Without you I can't make or succeed shit
I can't think, I can't wake up and eat shit
You the reason that I'm breathin'
And I will stop at any moment to see this
Child live a better life, wow, it's a better life
But you better throw down if you ever fight
Like Rocky do, don't be no punk
When it's time to get up and put on your boxing shoes
You lace 'em up tight, you fall, get up fight
You lose, oh well, we all lose some fights
Just be a man about yours, life is all about handling yours
So you just keep handling yours
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard
I gotta little boy to look after
I gotta little boy to look after
Said, "I gotta little boy to look after"
And if I die then my child'll be a bastard

StooShe is a 3 member British girl group based in Southeast London, UK. The group is comprised of Courtney Rumbold, Alex Buggs, and Karis Anderson. They debuted in March 2011 with the song "FUCK ME" The Love Me Songfacts reports that the song was reworked into a more radio-friendly single titled "Love Me" featuring a guest rap from Travie McCoy and with production by Future Cut. It was officially released as the trio's first official single on March 4, 2012 in the UK.

Group Members:

Courtney at 19, is the youngest member of Stooshe.

She has a shaved head either side with high top white blonde hair and a very quirky appearance. Performing for most of her life, she was spotted off the streets to be in STOOSHE because of her confidence and mad style. Courtney doesn't follow trends. She wears what she likes, which is pretty crazy and this is also reflected in her character and voice in the groups music. Distinctive with a powerful Jazzish vocal, Courtney also Raps, sounding like a female Dizzy Rascal. Apart from singing Courtney is a keen artist. She enjoys painting and often doodles in the studio whilst taking a break from recording. Some of her previous artwork has been entered in competitions which Courtney has won. Linking with her art, Courtney is keen on tattoo's, and although she only has one at the moment she hopes to get loads!! She's often said, 'As soon as the band takes off its the first thing i'm doing!!'.

Alex is 22,

Coming from a musical family, Alex has always had a huge love for music from a very early age and her live performance is natural and effortless, vocally and as a performer. She has long dark curls and her style is 80's hiphop, ghetto chic. Whatever Alex wears, she always looks great and her vocal would be described as a sweet RnB vibe, with power if you want it. Thinking education was the way forward, Alex studied at University but wanted the wild child out and her alter ego on stage is far from the sweet girl she comes across as. Also pulled off the streets to be in STOOSHE for her presence and look. After audition, Alex was undeniable.

Karis at 22, is the final member of Stooshe.

Her fashion forward Kitsch inspired style, burlesque hairstyles and sweet personality with a contrast of 15 tattoo's makes Karis come across as a Girlie Gangsta. Having studied dance and music for 4 years at the Brit school along side the likes of Adele, Katy B and close with Jessie J, with whom she shared the same singing teacher and used to battle, she's fully armed with professional dance skills and versatile vocals. After originally training as a ballet dancer, she swapped strand for music as people kept picking her up on her huge vocal capability, she then started to do local competitions and found herself more often than not, at 1st place, which boosted her confidence and confirmed to her, that she needed to sing.
Jo had worked with Karis a few years back and finalising the line up, she thought Karis was the missing piece to the puzzle.
