Deadman Songs Lyrics

These hands are mine, waving
Means I'm alive, that's the signal
Thieves, snakes and I are the same thing
We tow the line while lives are takenBottles high, singing dead man songs like
"Cure this coma craving calmly coming on"
Say goodnight and let those black dogs run
We're wild like forest fires howling at the dawnWe take the timid in our jaws
Violent gnashing takes us over
We're the worst parts
Our slakeless thirst for leaving scars
Starves our hearts of basic feeling
We're the worst parts
Bottles high, singing dead man songs like
Wheezing, breathing so hard
You've been so blind
We feel so right, so right
We feel so right
Bottles high, singing dead man songs like

"Cure this coma craving calmly coming on"
Say goodnight and let those black dogs run
We're wild like forest fires howling at the dawn
Bottles high, singing dead man songs like
"Cure this coma craving calmly coming on"
Say goodnight and let those black dogs run
We're wild like forest fires howling at the dawnWe're wild like forest fires howling at the dawn
We're wild like forest fires howling at the dawn
We're wild like forest fires

Boys Night Out of Burlington, Ontario officially formed in 2001 when lead vocalist Connor Lovat-Fraser and current guitarist Jeff Davis began collaborating on songs. Their work eventually led to a four-song demo known as You Are My Canvas. The release was followed by a signing to One Day Savior Records and the release of their debut EP, Broken Bones & Bloody Kisses. Interest in the band was immediate and a short while later they signed to New Jersey based Ferret Records.
