At All Cost's sound is a mix of metal, hardcore, and rock, tied together with political consciousness that the band aims toward a movement of public awareness. 2. At All Cost was an NYHC band that formed in 1987. The band played shows with the likes of Raw Deal, Cro-mags, Destruction and recorded two demos.
