Deliverance Lyrics

Floatin' on mist
Crept up the caverns of my brain
Receivin' no warnin'
From nothing to a life codeWalk with me, you'll never leave
Wait to see your spirit freeTell me how your heart's in need
As I drown you in the sea?Unwindin' snares of distrust
Your wrist in my face grip
Look me in the eye, I'm clear
This is your timeFace down beneath the waterline
Gazin' into the deepFrom love to death in a time span for seconds
Oblivious to regret pushed into belief
In liquid cellophane gaspin' for air
Mercy in my eyes in the shade of the nightPressed underneath your moral right
This is [Inaudible]The piercin' sounds you make
Soaring higher, higher now
And once left in my wake
Your memory's nothing and the scars are on meAll over now forgotten why I needed this
Standing down disappear into the obscure

Resting days waiting for new disease
Biding time looked inside insanityIt always burns within
The downward spiral never ends
When driven into sin
Your salvation's found in a sinner's deedAll over now forgotten why I needed this
Standing down disappear into the obscure
Resting days waiting for new disease
Biding time looked inside insanityThe devil guides a day
Tells me what to say
Pours himself inside
Snuffs the final lightDeliverance
Thrown back at me
Deliverance
Laughing at me
Deliverance
Thrown back at me
Deliverance
Laughing at me
