Did I Fool Ya? Lyrics

Daddy songs, he's an auctioneer
And mother clings to anniversary years
And the sister she got a little bit of mister in her
And the brothers going round around his bedAnd I say, did I fool ya?
Didn't daddy fool ya?He go once, he going twice, he go for 35 or 40
He go once, he going twice, he go for 45 or 50
He go once, he going twice, he go 55 or maybe he will make it up to 65
He go once, he going twice, ain't it nice price wise?
I gotta a nice life for the priceI give and give and I lay it all down
Look what I found I give and give
I give and give and I lay it all down
Look what I found, look what I foundBlue skies they're smiling at me and that's my favorite melody
But I can't read I can't read
I can't read between the things unseen
And I don't mind I don't mind
I don't mind if I don't find because I triedI'm absolutely definite, absolutely positive
Absolutely definitely positive
I'm absolutely definite, absolutely positive

Absolutely definitely positively representativeSo why the bother with it
Did I fool ya? Or didn't daddy fool ya?He go once, he going twice, he go for 35 or 40
He go once, he going twice, he go for 45 or 50
He go once, he going twice, he go 55 or maybe he will make it up to 65
He go once, he going twice, ain't it nice price wise?
I gotta a nice life for the price
