Digital Tension Dementia Lyrics

You can't say yes, you can't say no
You're living in a fascist world
Violence is your point of view
It always makes the best of youFreedom is a luxury of self induced hostility
My back is up against the wall and everywhere dead men fall
Efficiency, redundant fear but don't you see?
The power games that they play
The methods which they put in your wayThe charges aren't justifiedViolence is your point of view
It always gets the best of youRedundant fear but don't you see?
EfficiencyYou don't get time to look around
You keep your face to the groundYou can't say yes, you can't say no
You're living in a fascist world

Front Line Assembly are Bill Leeb (vocals, synthesizers) and Rhys Fulber (synthesizers and samplers), one of many groups formed by the prolific Vancouver, Canada-based duo. After working in the mid-'80s under the pseudonym Wilhelm Schroeder with Skinny Puppy, the Austrian-born Leeb formed the industrial/ebm-based Front Line Assembly in 1986 with Fulber -- who initially joined on as a studio assistant -- and synth player Michael Balch.
