Dimension Z Lyrics

How many times must we live through this dimension
Only to mourn many lives we have lost
To be someone is our only directive for the wayHow many souls must we fall into the depths of our creation?
We're willing again!
Fallen brother, fallen for the worldUniversal minds call you, universal mind...
All men, all women, and all who've gone!So many people will try to live
Only those who surrender begin to live!Even through death, even through love
Even through honesty and togetherness!
Look 'em straight in the eye!
Look them straight in the 'I know why'How many times must we live through this dimension
Only to mourn many lives we have lost
To be someone is our only directive for the wayI know why!Universal minds call you, universal mind...
All men, all women, and all who've gone!Universal minds call you, universal mind...
All men, all women, and all who've gone! We've gone!
We've gone!
We've gone!
We've gone! Thus ends our story. This is the end... or... is it?Far from the earth in a distant nebula, we now find a lone moon... barren... isolated...
Through the wormhole Ziltoid has awoken,

seemingly alone on this trance moon made of bones and dustOnly he is not alone...The only other thing on that planet is the war princess, and one solitary bag... of coffee.... to be continued.

Devin Townsend Project began where Ziltoid the Omniscient left off, with Devin Townsend at the helm. The project was a planned four-album series, where instead of assembling one static band, like in The Devin Townsend Band, or performing the entirety of the music himself, as in Ziltoid the Omniscient, the Devin Townsend Project would feature a completely different line-up of musicians for each release.
