Disappointed Lyrics

We can reach the stars
We can clone a sheep
We can kill each other
But we can't fight as oneI come to hate my songs
I come to hate my work
So if God exists
Now I know how he feelsDisappointed
I'm over thirty
We're from the 80's
We're the cheated generationWe've been motivated
We've been left alone
That's our legacy
A mortgage and a loanDisappointed
I'm over thirty
We're from the 80's
We're the cheated generationDisappointed
We're the cheated generation
We're from the 80'sDisappointed

I'm over thirty
I'm From the 80's
Disappointed

Concerning Dudu The Son, eclecticism should be considered a music genre as such.
This singer-songwriter (Barcelona, 1980) has been strongly influenced by power ballads, 90’s alternative, folk and acoustics. Still, a wide range of music has touched him, so you’ll find in his tunes reminiscences of early music, hip-hop, Spanish folk and many more dissolved in an acoustic pop-rock main line.

At 7 he began to play cello but some nerd teacher drove him to detest playing music. Almost 7 years after, Dudu was shocked by Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged in New York and began to self-learn to play a ruined guitar borrowed to his mother.
Because of his Anglo-Saxon influence, he began to write in “Euro-English”. Just as he describes, Euro-English is a weird non-native dialect enriched with both UK and American expressions learnt from movies, series and songs.

In 2008 released a first demo EP and the adventure began. After some running-in period, signed for Daruma Records and released “Third Creek” (2011) with great public and critical success, making Dudu The Son break into the scene.
By the end of 2014, Dudu created his own record label to emphasize his self-taught nature and take full control of the project. Then, “Play It Again” (2015) becomes the first release for this new stage. Read more on Last.fm.
