Disquiet Lyrics

Deep inside the folds of a carefully constructed tombThis fear to fail fear to feel
Dreams of turned back time in the safety of a second room
Build up the walls and lick the wounds
Retreat to isolation
Comes a bullet numb and aloneThere was one, there was one
This quietDisquieter
And pulling back again
Reaching out
This quiet
Reaching out
DisquieterAnd pulling back again
Turn the sharp edge inward to the pain behind the self defense
He is me and I can't breathe I want to leave and then I want againThis fear to fail fear to feel
But from some quiet stillness come these waves that shake my world apart
My walls come down exposing me to the sunAnd there was none, there was noneThis quiet
Reaching out
Disquieter
And pulling back again

This quiet
Disquieter
Reaching outAnd pulling back again
Reaching out and pulling back again
If the sun shines on me and I get burned can I return if it hurts
Will the sun burn? BurnIf the sun shines on me and I get burned can I return if it hurts

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Stavesacre is a Southern California-based rock band that, despite some key lineup changes and the vagaries of the music business, has endured for more than a decade. The band's first three albums sold a combined 90,000 copies, and has often been referred to by industry insiders as "the best band you've never heard of." Stavesacre debuted in 1996 with the album Friction. The band's tough, hard rock sound and the very strong, distinctive voice and lyrical work of vocalist Mark Salomon immediately gained Stavesacre a very strong and devoted following.
