Disrespect Lyrics

taking all he owes me
nothing he can do with that
everything we had is dead
all the things you told me
you won't get my booty
there's nothing you could do with that
if you're thinking i'mma take you back
well, you don't know me
i don't need your golden flower
the beauty never looked so weak.
i don't want it, i don't need it.
your kisses never taste so sour
revenge will never taste so sweet
take it, feel it, soon you'll miss it.
don't care if i desrespect
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met oh oh
it's time to walk away

you won't see me get upset
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met
oh oh
sitting on the couch now
sitting with your regrets
i don't hear a thing he says
and i don't give a damn now
i caught him with his pants down
nothing i can do with it
why you wanna make me beg?
you don't understand now
i'm taking back all my power
revenge will never taste so sweet
take it, feel it, soon you'll miss it.
don't care if i desrespect
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met oh oh
it's time to walk away
you won't see me get upset
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met
oh oh
oh, i could get you down,
go cry out, die another day.
baby baby, you're my sweet baby.
how i left you alone, no ones home,
you'll remember me, you'll remember me?
i'm over you!
don't care if i desrespect
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met oh oh
it's time to walk away
you won't see me get upset
it's almost like we never met oh
just like we never met
oh oh oh
ohhh

Call them trip hop, electro-pop, or a hybrid of electronic, rock and jazz, just be careful not to incorrectly pigeonhole San Francisco’s Karmacoda as an ambient, electronic band. “Our mood is quite a bit more mature and subdued. It’s ironic, really; we are blatantly subtle,” says bassist Eric Matsuno. Karmacoda is truly a cut above most indie bands and their musical influences are so diverse that layers of complexity reveal themselves with repeated listens.
