(Don't Go) Please Stay Lyrics

If I've gone on my knees and I've pleaded with you
Not to go, but to stay in my arms
Would you walk out the door, like you did once before?
This time, be different, won't you stay? Don't goIf I called out your name like a prayer in the night
Would you leave me alone with my tears?
Knowing I, I need you so, would you still turn and go?
This time, be different, please stay, don't goYou took me away from the rest of the world
When you taught me to love you like this
Well I hang my head in a hang-tail of doom
But I still can be saved by your kiss by your smileIf I've gone on my knees and I've pleaded with you
Not to go, but to stay in my arms
Would you walk out that door, like you did once before?
This time, be different, please stay
