Don't Say Good-Bye Lyrics

You closed the door and walked away
I couldn't find a word to say
It's been more than a week since you've been goneYou stayed away, it hurts so much
I start to miss your tender touch
The smell of your perfume still lingers on
(I can't take it anymore)Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our love on my own
Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our loveI tried so hard to hide the pain
But deep inside I can't explain
You make feel like no one else beforeI'm slowly drowning in my tears
Keep on running from my fears
I tried to understand what's going on
(I can't take it anymore)Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our love on my own
Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
(Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry)
Don't leave me fighting for our loveFighting for our love

Don't say goodbye, baby
(I can't take it anymore)Don't leave me fighting for our love, girl
Don't keep me hangin' on my own
Let's get together 'cause we can find a way
Please don't leave me fighting on my ownDon't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our love on my own
Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our loveDon't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our love on my own
Don't say goodbye, don't make me cry
Don't leave me fighting for our loveDon't make me cry
On my own
