Drama Queen (Dead Kidz Remix) Lyrics

Load up the drugs, we'll let the demons come in
Bring all the kids, they won't know where to begin
Shoot 'em a line, they'll lock you up in the pen
If you're rating my life, give it tenBut it remains to be seen
If you've got what it takes to be queen
Just get your ass through my door
And don't ask for the chanceDrama queen, are you clean?Get in your head, invite me down for a dream
Slip on a tie and take it out on the scene
Tell all your friends to meet the girl that I choose
If they cancel your face, cut ?em looseBut it remains to be seen
If you've got what it takes to be queen
Just get your ass through my door
And don't ask for the chance to give moreYou turn up, you tune in, strike a pose, start again
You turn up, you tune in, strike a pose, start again
You turn up, you tune in, strike a pose, start again
You turn up, you tune in, check your pulseBut it remains to be seen
If you've got what it takes to be queen
Just get your ass through my door

And don't ask for the chance to give moreDrama queen, are you clean?
Drama queen, where you been?Drama queen, drama queen
Drama queen, drama queen
Are you clean? Are you clean?
Are you clean? Are you clean?

Switches were an indie rock band which formed in Guildford, England in 2005. They consist of Matt Bishop (vocals, guitar), Ollie Thomas (guitar), Thom Kirkpatrick (bass) and Steve Godfrey (drums). The band's debut album "Heart Tuned to D.E.A.D." was released on April 23, 2007 in the UK and on March 18, 2008 in the US (under the title "Lay Down the Law"). Singer/Guitarist Matt Bishop grew up on the Essex coast where the edgy glitz of Southend seafront did nothing more than inspire Madison Square Garden fantasies.
