Earthquake Lyrics

Baby, there's no sense in this, crazy
Why bring him to us to take him away?
Well, they'll be no more holidays in this house
If there is a God, he's playing cat and mouse
With you in my arms to fall into, babeHe was like the delicate lace
From a snowflake with a will to liveLike an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
Like an earthquake find your peace of mindBaby, there are times when I thought
I'd be where you stand
So I guess, I can only fail to understand
Your painHe was like the delicate lace
From a snowflake with a will to liveLike an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
Like an earthquake find your peace of mindNo Christmas trees or the change of autumn leaves
Will ever lose his breath in you
And when has someone passed away too fast
But still left his prints on youBaby, there'll be no more holidays in this house
If there is a God, he's playing cat and mouse with youHe was like the delicate lace
From a snowflake with the will to liveLike an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
Like an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees

Like an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
Like an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
Like an earthquake, he'll drive you to your knees
