East From West Lyrics

Skipping like a stone,
Across the bluest pools of what I know.
Don't know where to go.
Each one leaves a mark,
Circles through the dark and sinks into
The place I need you most.As far as the east from the west they say.
I should know my east from west I know.
As far as the east from the west they say.
And I am only human anyway. Now for all your cares,
Put them in the air that I breathe in
Until you tell me "no".
And for the smallest hands,
Put them in my hand and I walk on
Until you say "let go".As far as the east from the west they say.
I should know my east from west I know.
As far as the east from the west they say.
And I am only human anyway.
