Eastern Girl Lyrics

Eastern Girl-
Stayin’ way up in the mountains
Where it’s so hard just to breath
Everything looks like a miracle
So hard to believe
Don’t wanna say how much I miss you
It’s like how my lungs miss the air
Going westward is a jagged line
Can’t help but stare
Chorus:
Im just an Eastern girl
I know rolling hills
And lush green fields of grass
But here there’s gold rush towns
And these rocky cliffs
I’m a long long way from home
A long way from home

Thunder way off in the distance
I feel the heart at the core
I feel my heart throw out the distance
Can I do what I’m told
Chorus
Chorus
End
