Dutch sample artist Spinvis (translated: Spiderfish) and his band worked together for a couple of years with Simon Vinkenoog, a famous Dutch poet. Vinkenoog-Spinvis released the album ‘Ja!’ in 2006 and played several live shows, including special ones for summer streetfestival ‘De Parade’ in Utrecht. In 2008 they released the album ‘Ritmebox’ as a tribute to Vinkenoog's 80th birthday. It was also available as a downloadable EP with the same title, featurering seven tracks from the album.
