Emotional Times Lyrics

Life sucks, sometimes friendships turn to lies
A hatred in disguise it brings tears to my eyes
I can see the truth from the neutral side in my mind
Confusion cripples me into my element of control unsurenessEmotional times, I'm justTraumas etched in my mind, I can see 'em all the time
I've seen my share of pain and suffering, I am just fine
Respecting something more than nothing all the time
And it's time to move onEmotional times, I'm just fine
Emotional times, I'm just fineI have seen my faith sailing away
And I have seen my faith's coming back to me
I can see it coming back to me
I can see it coming back to me
I can see it, I can taste it
I can live it 'coz I'm just fineEmotional times, I'm just fine
Emotional times, I'm just fine

Hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Taproot formed in late 1997, and has toured with Deftones, Sevendust, Incubus, and Korn. Taproot's album "Blue Sky Research" was released on 16 August 2005. Their song "Calling" was the official theme song of WWE's Unforgiven pay-per-view event in September 2005. The second single from the album, "Birthday," received minimal radio airtime on the East Coast. In 1997, Taproot sent their demo to Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. Impressed with their material, he offered to get them a recording contract through Interscope Records.
