End of the Summer Lyrics

Case closed that's fine
Everybody's going to
Your house inside
Never thought about that
Like I'm supposed to
In the back light
At the end of the summerIt's too sad
Blue marker on a paper bag
You could wear it like a mask
You could be your own dad
Like you're supposed to
I could show you
At the end of the summerI start to feel it fade away
There's nothing I can do
At the end of the summer
Try to imagine there's a way
For me and you
At the end of the summerCase closed that's fine

Everybody's going to
Your house inside
Never thought about that
Like I'm supposed to
In the back light
At the end of the summer

Joyce Manor is American band from Torrance, California. With their first release in 2010, they play well-shaped kind of fun and energetic music.
Currently they're signed to Asian Man Records (though they were previously on 6131) and have 2 demos, 1 EP, 2 splits, 2 full-lengths, and 1 compilation to their name.
They've got a very distinct sound without stereotypes, blandness, or replicas. Their influences could include Jawbreaker, Descendents, Weezer, even Thin Lizzy and The Smiths. Yet they don't sound like direct rip-offs of any of them. It's cool.
