Endless Nights (Re-Recorded) Lyrics

Lover, I just can't believe it's turned
You're tearing my life apart now
There's no simple answer
Here I am, just standing in circlesAnd the logic is turning me 'round
My mind keeps holding only one thought:When you gonna call? I think it's worth the time
How you gonna change all these endless nights?
If you could stop leading me around
You're never gonna change all these endless nightsTender, the way that you touch me now
Taking our fears away now
There won't be a reason
Just a well-rehearsed explanationThough the love that is turning inside
Keeps on twisting, twisting my mindWhen you gonna call? I think it's worth the time
How you gonna change all these endless nights?
If you could stop leading me around
You're never gonna change all these endless
Endless nights
I wish that you could change all these endless
Endless nightsAnd the hope that is holding me here

Is starting to die - oh, no, is it ever gonna stop? When you gonna call? I think it's worth the time
How you gonna change all these endless nights?
If you could stop leading me around
You're never gonna change all these endless
Endless nights
I wish that you could change all these endless
Endless nights
All these endless, endless nights, nowWhen you gonna call? I think it's worth the time
I wish that you would call, now
When you gonna change all these endless
Endless nights?

Eddie Money (born Edward Joseph Mahoney, March 2, 1949 in New York City, United States) is an American rock singer-songwriter who found success in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of Top 40 hits and platinum albums. Rock impresario Bill Graham said of Money "Eddie Money has it all...Not only can he sing, write and play, but he is a natural performer." After becoming a police officer, like his father, during the late 1960s, Money began to be interested in music, and eventually ended his law enforcement career in favor of becoming a musician.
