Endlessly Lyrics

She is my rock and my rolling thunder
I've been the spell she was under
I, I love that girlShe is my cigarettes and champagne
She's got me strung but I'm not running
I, I love that girl
I, I love that girlShe is the days I can't get over
She is the nights that I call home endlessly
For you I'll always waitCaught in the waves of hesitation
Lost in the sea of my own doubt endlessly
For you I'll always wait
For you I'll always waitShe is the flame and the fire she's raging
I've been the spark and the war she's waging
I, I love that girlShe came along and she spoke so sweetly
Changed everything, took my heart completely
I, I love that girl
I, I love that girlShe is the days I can't get over
She is the nights that I call home endlessly
For you I'll always waitCaught in the waves of hesitation

Lost in the sea of my own doubt endlessly
For you I'll always waitAnd the city buzz and empty cars
It's 3AM I wonder where you are
And the crooked smiles and worn out miles between us
Now I wonder where you areShe is the days I can't get over
She is the nights that I call home endlessly
For you I'll always waitCaught in the waves of hesitation
Lost in the sea of my own doubt endlessly
For you I'll always wait
For you I'll always wait
For you I'll always wait

Uncle Kracker (born Matthew Shafer 9 November 1974 in Mount Clemens, Michigan) is an American rock and roll and country music musician.

He started out his career at a young age as a fledgling rapper. He met Kid Rock in 1987, and Rock asked Kracker to become his DJ. Kracker did not know how to work the turntables, but he soon learned how to, and he became a long-term friend and colleague of Rock.

Kracker worked with Kid Rock until he became a solo artist in 2000.

The My Hometown Songfacts reports that Kracker recorded Postcards From Home over seven weeks in early 2011. The album title was inspired by his hectic life on the road after his successful Happy Hour longplayer.
