Enemy Lyrics

Yeah
Yeah
YeahListen down, you little man
I'm not the one who's tryin' to change you
And if you come to understand it'll be okay, yeah
You need to change it, you need to change it nowI'm not the one who's tryin' to be
I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
There's somethin' you need to change
I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
There's somethin' you need to changeListen down, you little man
I'm not the one who's tryin' to change you, yeah
And if you come to understand it'll be okay, yeah
You need to change it, you need to change itSo, listen down, you little man
I'm not the one who's tryin' to change you, yeah
And if you come to understand it'll be okay, yeah
You need to change it, you need to change it now, yeahI'm not the one who's tryin' to be
I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
There's somethin' you need to change

I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy, yeah
There's somethin' you need to change
I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
There's somethin' you need to change, yeahI went in killing the sun, I once one, I once one
I went in killing the sun, I once one, I once one
I went in killing the sun, I once one, I once one
I went in killing the sun, once, yeahYeah
Yeah
YeahI'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
I'm not the one who's tryin' to be your enemy
Your enemyYour enemy

They are best known for the hit singles "Touch, Peel and Stand" and "Shelf in the Room," both from their self-titled debut album. Early years Days of the New began as an experimental rock/metal trio called Dead Reckoning, with Meeks, Matt Taul, and Jesse Vest. When they turned to an acoustic sound, they changed the name of the band, as well as added guitarist Todd Whitener.
