Facades is a French trip-hop duo composed by Mathieu Maestracci (The Spherical Minds) and Amélie Festa (the female vocalist of Antimatter on "Planetary Confinement ").
Their sound is influenced by different kinds of music, which allows these two artist to create a universe of their. Among their influences we find folk-pop artists such as Damien Rice and Tom MacRae, rock-electro acts such as Emilie Simon, Portishead, Tori Amos, Björk, Radiohead and Sigur Ros or contemporary composers such as Philip Glass and Steve Reich.
