Experienced Lyrics

(She was older)
Older by years she was
All I'd been dreaming of
(Sure) sure and so confident
She must have been
Heaven-sentShe looked at me smiling
Breathing and sighing
And I felt like crying
She Said
Boy, can't you stay with me
Through the night?
You know I loved
That woman out of sightEverybody needs someone
To show them how
Even though her touch
Is just a memory now?
I won't forget that moment
I lost my innocence

The day I became
Experienced(Heaven don't)
Heaven don't make mistakes
A lesson is all it takesFrom the beginning
She did the teaching
And I was so willing
Sharing the feelings
Of love that way
I'm never gonna forget that dayEverybody needs someone
To show them how
Even though her touch
Is just a memory now?
I'll never forget that moment
I lost my innocence
The day I became
ExperiencedI won't forget that moment (no I won't)
I lost my innocence
The day I became
ExperiencedEverybody needs someone
To show them how
Even though her touch
Is just a memory now?
I won't forget that moment
I lost my innocence
The day I became
Experienced
(repeat x2)
