Fade Away Lyrics

I need you to feel exactly like I do inside
But I feel so alone again
I try to find a better life
Somewhere far away from here
But I need you to believe in me
But I won't be afraid
Just because you don't need me
I will not be ashamed
Just because you don't believe
In anything that I say
Now I turn and I walk away from you
I won't fade away
I won't fade away again
I find you down the road that
I have walked before
And I know you're alone again
You try to find a better life
Somewhere far away from here

But I need you to believe in me
But I won't be afraid
Just because you don't need me
I will not be ashamed
Just because you don't believe
In anything that I say
Now I turn and I walk away from you
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no
You try to make me fade away
You try to make me fade away
You try to make me fade away
You try to make me fade
But I won't be afraid
Just because you don't need me
I will not be ashamed
Just because you don't believe
In anything that I say
Now I turn and I walk away from you
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no
I won't fade away, no

Arizing had been diligently cultivating their sound in the wake of a drastic, much needed regrouping in 2004 leaving singer Matt Dalton pulling dual roles as frontman and guitarist, as well as seeing active Detroit area musician John Dion fill the additional guitar slot for the band.

This significant change translated itself not only physically in the appearance and conduct of the group, but also audibly in the form of a more enriched and energy laden batch of songs since the bands 2003 E.P. release, Advance, which was produced by Grant Mohrman (Celldweller, Jettared) and mastered by Tom Baker (Stone Temple Pilots, Marilyn Manson, Taproot).

Arizing decided to adopt a 100% DIY approach with this newest release: a 3 song 2005 Sampler highlighting their current musical tableaux. Recorded, produced, and mastered exclusively by the band in their home studio of Mt. Clemens Michigan, these songs are punctuated with melody and motif, and in guitarist John Dions words, "are possibly the best quick fix for those wondering what to expect in Arizing's near future." With the absence of a producers ego and the constraints imposed by budget and time tables, Arizing was able to craft these songs in the most relentlessly personal fashion. From the pulsing rock anthem with electro tendencies, Terror, to the cathartic and melancholic chorus of Right Now (not to be confused with the 90s Van Halen Pepsi famed ballad), the 05 Sampler showcases the bands diversity, as well as transformation from its previous build. Influence from such poignant grunge/post-grunge rockers Failure and Smashing Pumpkins is a component of Arizings musical DNA, however they manage never to lose sight of pop-rock tendency a la Jimmy Eat World or Anberlin.

As of Fall 2006, after nearly a decade of existence and two Dirtfest appearances with their final lineup, Arizing disbanded due to personal differences and inexorable label conflicts.
