Fade Out Lyrics

We were blinded by love's light
Couldn't see nothin', everythin' was so bright
The wind blew in some dark cloudy skies
This ain't rain fallin' from our eyes
Fade out and turn to gray
Things change each and every day
Fade out and turn to black
Once it's gone it won't ever be back
Like a black and white movie on a big silver screen
Our love seemed like a Hollywood dream
I sure wish we could watch it again
But all good stories must come to an end
Fade out and turn to gray
Things change each and every day
Fade out and turn to black
Once it's gone it won't ever be back
I used to wish upon a star every night

While I was wishin' it fell out of sight
Fade out and turn to gray
Things change each and every day
Fade out and turn to black
Once it's gone it won't ever be back
