There are 5 different acts with the name ISH.

1. iSH is Canadian actor and recording artist of Jamaican and Irish decent. He spent his early years traveling, splitting most of his time between Canada and Jamaica. He later moved to the Cayman Islands and then after high school moved to New York City to attend the prestigious Academy of Dramatic Arts. This launched his acting career where he started appearing in commercials, films, and tv shows. Most recently he stared in the television series "SOUL" along side Juno award winning singer Keshia Chante. Ish's latest credits include a recurring role in The Family Channel's new series "BAXTER" slated for a late 2010 release and the horror franchise "SAW VII 3D".

Being raised in a very musical family, Ish developed a love for music at a young age. His grandfather was a well known Calypso singer in Jamaica, and his father Ras Lee's single "Moonlight Lover" was nominated for a Juno Award in 1986 for Best Reggae Song. Ish's first single "Falling in Love With You" broke the top 40 position on Canadian radio and mediabase charts, this earned him a nomination for best Urban single at the Canadian Radio Music Awards. He is currently recording his debut full length album and just released the much anticipated mixtape "The Name is ISH". Look out for ISH in 2010!!!

2. The second is Ish is Ishmael Ledesma, the leader of disco band Foxy, who had the chart hits "Get Off" and "Hot Number" and club hit "Party Boys" in the late 70s, and 80's new wave band OXO, who had a hit with "Whirly Girl" in 1983. He toured with The Jacksons, Sister Sledge, Rick James, Natalie Cole, Kool And The Gang, Manhattan Transfer, Bill Cosby and more. He played guitar on Abba's "Voulez-Vous" and Gloria Estefan/Miami Sound Machine's "Bad Boy". He was also part of dance duo Blue Modern and was the mastermind behind freestyle group Company B, who had a hit in 1987 with "Fascinated".

4. The fourth artist: Ish is a band at Riverview Church in Holt, Michigan, United States. Band Members- Joel Bence (Bass), Kristen Cambern (Vocals), Jake Cleaves (Electric Guitar), Jen Craft (Vocals), Brad Fritz (Drums), Dan Price (Vocals/Acoustic/Electric Guitars/Piano), Ryan Stringer (Cello)

5. The fifth act is Igor Senigla, an Electronica / IDM / Experimental project from Slovakia. His first appearance in the v.a compilation from Aliens Production "Hypercommunity" .
