Fight to Survive (feat. Mr. Lif) Lyrics

(Mr. Lif)
Verse One:
We set it off in many valuable ways
During the day, at night time
Here's the rhymeDesigns we project on the screen seem
To promote dreams
In other words, fuck the smokescreensWhen like minds connect, frauds hit the deck
You expect supreme intellect on the set
I'm pushing negativity to the outersphere
While my dang gold flow cuts off your outer earBeware! Of those who keep close to fear
Because they may overlook their own flaws
Pause Give yourself time to explore
Your inner core where the true you is kept raw
Hook One:(x2)
This is a fight to survive
This is a fight to try to thrive
This is a fight for you and I
A fight for getting by, a fight for feeling aliveVerse Two:

You're standing at the edge of a canyon
You're thinking expansion
Surveying the land and
Not even realizing that the time is advancing
You see another world in each direction you glance inThe energy might become infectious if you let this
Seep into your synapses, then perhaps it's just
A birth of an era
A world much better than the one you found on the ground of your endeavor
Another galaxy filled with planets and stars
*For never-drab die-hard fans sinking the bar *thinking too far
Pause Give it some time to explore
Your inner core where the true you is kept rawHook Two:(x2)(x2)
This is a fight to survive
This is a fight to try to thrive
This is a fight for you and I
A fight for getting by, a fight for feeling alive*This line in particular eludes me; I'm probably way off.
