Fire and Dynamite Lyrics

Some people talk to angels
Some people talk to themselves
Well I don't know who you're talking to
But everything you say makes me want youSome people run in circles
Some people run forever
Well I don't know where you're running to
But everywhere you go makes me want youYou are a novel in a sea of magazines
You make me nervous, you make my heart beat
You are red in a sea of black and white
You are fire you are dynamite
Some people try to change the world
Some people just stay alive
Well don't know what you're living for
But everything you do makes me want moreYou are a novel in a sea of magazines
You make me nervous, you make my heart beat
You are red in a sea of black and white
You are fire you are dynamite
You are a novel in a sea of magazines

You make me nervous, you make my heart beat
You are red in a sea of black and white
You are fire you are dynamite
You are fire you are dynamite
You are fire you are dynamite

Raised in Memphis and based in Nashville, singer-guitarist Drew Holcomb is, on one level, the sum of those musically iconic cities, a songwriter/performer able to balance feel and craft in a way that can only come from someone informed at once by the likes of Al Green and Steve Earle. But the main catalyst behind Holcomb's musical voice has been the road. In the past four years, he has logged in more than 650 concert dates across the country from solo coffeehouse gigs to clubs, festivals, and colleges with his band, the Neighbors.
