Float Lyrics

Not ever
No never
Not ever will the know this loveWhat they wanted was a sign
That they could hear everlasting
I refrain they sing aloud toAll we want
Is just enough to get byWe all pretend to understand it
To give us the feeling like
We won't allow itForever
And ever
Forever will they know this lightCornered enough to make a sound
Hear it everlasting
We refrain they're not allowed toHave enough
Just enough to get byThe freedoms
We're ever chasing
Just when the feeling strikes
We're not around itCornered enough to make a sound
Just to hear them leaving
They'll refrain they sing aloud toJust enough to get by

Just enough to get by
Just enough to get by
Just enough to get by

Karnivool is a five-piece progressive rock group based in Perth, Australia that was formed by Ian Kenny in 1996, who at the time filled the roles of both guitarist and vocalist for the band while they played Carcass and Nirvana covers. Their name stems from the band being initially described by local fans as "a bunch of clowns". Their style of music can be classified as both progressive rock and alternative rock, with alternative metal undertones. Major influences of the band are Nirvana, Radiohead, Meshuggah, Pink Floyd, Tool, Soundgarden and Carcass.
