Vincent de Moor is a Dutch trance artist. de Moor started his music career in 1993, recording under the pseudonym "Fix to Fax". It wasn't until 1996 that he released his first major hit, "Flowtation", which reached the UK charts in 1997. In 1998, de Moor released his first album, "Orion City", featuring the single of the same name. 1999 is widely considered to be the year in which trance's popularity peaked, and de Moor was responsible for one of the most prominent tracks from this time.
