Follow Me Lyrics

[Bow Wow]
Yeah, uh, uh a huh, uh, yeah
Uh uh a huh, uh
I'm gamed (who what?)
I'm gamed (OK)
I see that y'all want to be like the boy wonder (true true)
Well, don't they all (me, me, me, me)
So just sit back and relax and let holla at y'all
(Talk to 'em playboy), this how you be me (how)
[Bow Wow]
It's me capital be, rap it'll be
Different after me, what a disaster to see (yeah)
It's a fact, that no other cat attractive as me (nope)
Can't no other MC step in my IV's
But see I wrote a booklet for you to get (cope it)
The game on track, a couple platinum plaques
Number one, it's apparent you gotta appeal to parents

Be real when they see through you like you transparent
Number two, I scan the whole world in panoramic
Find a loophole develop my flow, then I ran with it
Now step number three, ha, it ain't that easy (nope)
Gotta listen close if you want to be Weezy
Dress wild, make sure your attire stay hot
Top to bottom, got them school girls cryin
Step off, you gotta make sure your style remains raw
But wait, there's more (yeah)
[Chorus: x2]
All you youngn's trying do it how I done it
What I been y'all want to become
But it's nothing now, follow
All you kids trying get it how I get it
Want to spit it how I live it
Won't you listen then, follow
[Bow Wow]
Yeah, gotta have some attitude, can't dress sloppy (no)
Talk with some slang and you gotta act cocky
Make sure your pants sag low
And if you rocking a new Era fitted
Make sure that you stick the shows
It's a must that you rock two chains (bling)
Cause dog where I'm from, well "Money Ain't A Thing"
Clothes gotta be over sized (yeah) tires real wide
Gotta be a dime or over just so she can ride
Gotta be real smooth, be too cool
Gotta be that cat, that guy, that dude
If you want to be Bow, watch how I walk this (OK)
Easy, sit back, listen while I'm talking
Make sure your shoot game is up to par
Make sure you remain number one on "106th & Park" (yeah)
Gotta like your girls ghetto, gotta be a headliner
Gotta be a platinum back to back rhymer
I'm game .
[Chorus: x2]
[Bow Wow]
Follow me, follow me but don't lose your grip (ah uh)
Get your cornrows and Shell Toes and learn how to skip
Mix that with a throwback and a flow that's sick
Now hold that pose right there, that's almost it
And if you want to copy my jewels
Don't go and get no Looney Tunes trying do what I do
Like dude I got more karats than that wascaly Rabbit
And it's a fact that I'm responsible for y'all funny rappers
I try to let it ride for a minute
But every time I kick a sentence it's like y'all re-spit it (yeah)
Readmit into the system right after I did it
You kid, you make a living off the way that I'm living
Copy my image, so I want a percentage
Listen don't be sloppy, I'll show you how to get it
You gotta rhyme hotter, dress proper
So you got a lot a ladies and diamonds in your pocket now
You got it?
[Chorus: x2]

There are two artists with the name Bow Wow, for the Japanese hard rock/heavy metal act (see Bow Wow)

1. Shad Gregory Moss (born March 9, 1987 in Columbus, Ohio), better known by his stage name Bow Wow, is an American rapper and actor signed to Cash Money Records. He started rapping in 1993 and was noticed by rapper Snoop Dogg, who gave him his stage name then signed him to Death Row Records, and in 1998, at the age of eleven, Bow Wow was introduced to record producer Jermaine Dupri, who has since helped shape his career. He has since released six albums, including a collaboration album with good friend Omarion, Face Off. His seventh studio album, The Transition Of Shad Moss, will be released in 2010.

2. Bow Wow (バウワウ) - Legendary heavy metal act from Tokyo, Japan. Led by guitarist/vocalist Kyoji Yamamoto (山本恭司), the band formed in 1975. Started out as a melodic classic/hard rock band in the mid 'til late 70's, they quickly made a name for themselves and were touring with popular acts of the time, such as Kiss and Aerosmith. Yamamoto proved himself early on as an accomplished guitarist developing the "hammer technique" long before Eddie Van Halen made it popular. In the early 80's Bow Wow changed their sound to a energetic heavy metal sound, fueled with powerful guitar riffs and fast-driven baselines. Spreading their wings internationally, Bow Wow played the Reading festival in Britain and the world famous Montreux Jazz festival in 1982. To capitalize on this venture, Roadrunner Records released the "Asian Volcano" album across Europe. Their presence would be felt on the continent still further with the licensed releases of "Warning From Stardust" in September 1982 on the Heavy Metal label and "Holy Expedition" through Roadrunner in July 1983. Both of these records drew significant media praise, initiating the start of considerable fan support in the Western world. Later on, in 1984, when they changed their band name to Vow Wow, they also changed the line-up and style to a more melodic and commercial side. Please change your tags to Bow Wow.
