Fools corner (2 meter sessies) Lyrics

I'm passing through the doorway now
Everything is upside down
The one that I am leaving
Is the one I'm really trying to find
I know
It's so stupid
And it's tearing me down
But a lack of self confidence
Is keeping me down
Tonight
All nightI tried telling you everything's not broken
But you cried when telling me all we had is goneI'm drifting through the morning breeze
Colours blurring in my eyes
The one that I am missing
Is the one drifting by my side
I know
It's so stupid
And it's tearing me down

But a lack of self confidence
Is keeping me down
Tonight
All nightAnd I tried telling you everything's not broken
But you cried when telling me all we had is gone
And I tried telling you everything is alright
'Cause I feel that deep down inside you
I'm still there
I'm still there
I'm still there
I'm still there
Still thereTried
Tried
Tried
TriedAnd I tried telling you everything is alright
'Cause I feel that deep down inside you
I'm still there
I'm still there
I'm still there
I'm still there
Still there

Saybia is a Danish rockband that formed in Nyborg, Denmark in 1993. They released three EPs before signing to EMI in the spring of 2001, after which they started working on their debut album The Second You Sleep. When this album was finished, the band started touring through Europe. In 2003, the band was about to break up. After recognizing this, the five bandmembers bought an old house on a Swedish island, renovated it and turned it into a studio. Saybia spent months on this island and wrote and recorded a lot of songs for These Are the Days, which was released in 2004.
