Found Mary - Sean McCarthy

Found Mary Lyrics

Found Mary
She'd been gone all afternoon
In the cemetery
Placing flowers in full bloomLaid in the grass and in her mind
She went back to another time
Found Mary
We found MaryIt was a Monday evening
Died in her arms she was pleading
I'll give my life don't take my love, ohFound Mary
She'd gone for a drive outside of town
To her favorite place where she sat downTipped her head up to the sun
Closed her eyes to be with the one
A drop of rain fell from her eye
Beneath the heaven of a clear blue sky
We found MaryIt was a Monday evening
Died in her arms she was pleading
I'll give my life don't take my love, ohSo many years together
In the heart forever

Sometimes Mary still breaks down
Found MaryFound Mary
She'd been gone all afternoon
In the cemetery
Chasing flowersIt was a Monday evening
Died in her arms she was pleading
I'll give my life don't take my love, ohSo many years together
In the heart forever
Sometimes Mary, sometimes Mary, sometimes Mary still breaks downSometimes Mary still breaks down
