Four Piece Band (Those Were the Days) Lyrics

Remember the old days
The years when we had it all
We'd sit in the backyard
Played until nightfallSee I was the front man, with a strat hanging way down low
We'd sit in a hard chair, sit there playing to the radioWe were young and wild and hopeless and free
Taking a break from all we could be
I know we'll never be that way againThose were the days when we were young
Just a four-piece band and the time we had in the morning sun
Well we all know we had these dreams
They were lost along the way
Those were the days when we were youngIt was Saturday afternoon
Ten past three I can never remember
She was wearing a white dress
I told her that I'd never forget herThen I said something I'll never forget
She was mine I was hers, no regrets
Then I watched her walk away
There was nothing more to sayThen my senses came to me this one fine day
That you had no ties that bind you was all I could pray

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
Scott Richard Grimes was born July 9th, 1971 in Massachusetts. He got his start in television with a recurring character of Alyssa Milano's love interest on Who's The Boss, and then went on to do his first album in 1989 with then A&M Records. On this album were many popular 80s song covers, such as John Farnham's Your The Voice.

Scott played several roles on TV thereafter, such as in Party of Five and Band of Brothers as well as in films like Critters and Dreamkeeper.

Scott is now known as Doctor Archie Morris on the hit TV show ER. Using this role as a spring board to get back to the music scene, he released the album Livin' On The Run in 2005 and the debut single Sunset Blvd. made it to Billboard's Top 20 Adult Contemporary chart in April of 2005. Scott co-wrote Sunset Blvd. with his friend, Dave Harris, who is an American radio disc jockey on Retro rewind. Read more on Last.fm.
