Free Lyrics

Time has come and time has gone
Since I packed my bags and I moved on
And I somehow seemed to get along without youWell it's been so long since I've seen your face
And it's been awhile since I've seen that place
But I smile now without a trace of a teardropWell the road was painful and it was rough
And finally I am tough enough
To walk on my own
And now I'm...Free, free, free
And no one's stopping me, me, me
From bein' what I want to be
Yes, I'm finally freeWalkin' away was the hardest part
I had to use my head and not my heart
Findin' the truth, it was a start
To lettin' go
Step by step, I found my way
I had to, hold my breath for one last day
Sometimes all I could do was pray
That I'd make it throughWell the road was painful and it was rough

And finally I am tough enough
To walk on my own
And now I'm...Free, free, free
And no one's stoppin' me, me, me
From being what I want to be
Yes, I'm finally...Free as the wind
Blowin' through the tree
And now I can begin
Livin' this life for me
And now I can win
Yes I can win...
And yes I'll win because I'm...Free, free, free
And no one's stoppin' me, me, me
From bein' what I want to be
Yes, I'm finally...Free, free, free
And no one's stoppin me, me, me
From bein' what I want to be
Yes, I'm finally free
