From Here On Out Lyrics

Let me show you where I stop today
Had my doubts, packed my clothes, I was on my way
Right here on this spot was as far as I got
And I couldn't make it from here on outLord, it felt like my shoes were nailed to the floor
Had to hold to that old chain when I opened the door
I got a breathtaking view of my life without you
And I couldn't make it from here on outFrom here on out, I'm gonna know
What I have and just how close I was to leaving
What I'll need most from here on outYour sweet love turned me around
Now every precious moment counts
Oh, how I'm gonna love you from here on outOne by one, I retraced every step I'd made
And carefully put everything back in its placeFrom here on out, I'm gonna know
What I have and just how close I was to leaving
What I'll need most from here on outYour sweet love turned me around
Now every precious moment counts
Oh, how I'm gonna love you from here on outYour sweet love turned me around
Now every precious moment counts
Oh, how I'm gonna love you from here on out
