Frustration Lyrics

I'm going round and round in circles
just a thinking of this mess
my mind goes into spirals
I don't know I'll have to guess
I get frustration!
I wear it like a suit
but the jacket fits too tightly
and there's lead inside my boots
well I think I'm going down again
I never seem to go up
I always lose what I could gain
I spill it from the cup
I get frustration !
I wear it like a suit
but the jacket fits too tightly

and there's lead inside my boots
(inside my boot - I'm in the street and i can hardly move)
frustration fru-fru-fru-fru its pouring down on the m-me
frustration fru-fru-fru-fru oh baby can't you see
I get frustration !
I wear it like a suit
but the jacket fits too tightly
and there's lead inside my boots
I g-g-g-get frustration!
I wear it like a suit
but the jacket fits too tightly
and there's lead inside my boots

Purple Hearts were often considered one of the best British mod revival groups. The Story of mod revivalists the Purple Hearts begins in 1977 when teenagers Jeff Shadbolt, Simon Stebbing, Bob Manton, and Nicky Lake formed in Romford Essex as The Sockets in 1977 before they even knew how to play their instruments (taking a cue from the then-prevailing DIY aesthetics of the punk rock movement) for the sole purpose of getting a support slot at a Buzzcocks gig at the East London Ploytechic, to debut their tounge-in-cheek Rock Opera 'Reg'.
