Future Breed Machine (Friend's Stealth Remix) Lyrics

Even stobe, a pulse of flashing hatelights
Of synthetic souls, mass produced
Hammered into shapeA sign of times
Dreams turn into systems
A new way, a new breed
Implanted in our mindsHere I am in the hand of the sterile hate
The new control I can not wake I'm not asleepNew intelligence arise in emptied bodies
Turgid flesh, tested through eternal spastic
Through not known codes, mother machine
Genocide, now scorn dying raceEvolution in reverse
Now it's time for me
Changing, what am I to be
Contorted and an eternity defeatedProgrammed to appease you
We're symbols of perfection
Humanoids runned by your laws
Destroy, erase, improveLesson first, submission
We're docile servant dogs
Our leashes are your limbs

Computed deep withinRemoted minds, controlled our thoughts
No more doubts, the new way is here, disgorged
Another thousands fakes that obey
To a circuit skein to vacuumMechanical thoughts, I now concieve
No longer me, always to see inanity
Millions to be, units like me
Eternally human patternsCopied, dissected, distorted
Completed to fit the machine
The nerve fibres give in to cords
To the unknownSee me, be me, same contents, same machine
The currency of ours, no more flesh and bone
We are to be unaware of what we have been beforeEvolution in reverse
Now it's time for me
Changing, what am I to be
Contorted, an eternity
Defeated by humanity

Meshuggah, whose name is taken from the Hebrew and Yiddish word for “crazy”, is a five-piece band from Umeå, Sweden, founded in 1987. The band's style is most easily described as extreme/technical metal with some jazz influence. They use extended polymetric passages, polyrhythmic drum patterns, angular, dissonant guitar riffs, and harsh vocals. Their lineup has always been consistent, apart from bass which has been handled by many people since the band’s inception.
