Georgie Buck Lyrics

Georgie Buck is dead
The last thing he said
"Don't put no shortnin' in my bread."Georgie Buck is dead
The last thing he said
"Don't put no shortnin' in my bread."Down the road
Down the road I see
Trouble in my way
Trouble in my way
Trouble in my way down the line.Georgie Buck is dead
Last word he said
"Don't let a woman have her way.
"If she have her way,
she be gone all day.
Don't let a woman have her way."Whoah!
Down the line
Down the line
Down the line I see
Trouble in my way

Trouble in my way
Trouble in my way down the line.Georgie Buck is dead
The last word he said
"Don't put no shortnin' in my bread."
Put no shortnin in my bread...
Put no shortnin' in my bread...Down the line
Down the line
Down the line I see
Trouble come my way
Trouble come my way
Trouble in my way down the line.
