Get On Lyrics

Hey
Well, you've been wearing your burden like a two ton chain
Take it off, throw it down
Send that petty party packing on the midnight train
Get it gone, ship it out
Call him all curvy, skinny, don't matter ugly, pretty
Let's talk it down and dirty
If you wanna catch a ride through a good time
This is a song, get on
And if you wanna have a party, we can start it right
What you waiting on, get on
Don't let it slip away, it's all about today
Hear all the people say, get on, baby, get on
We got that boom, boom, bumping like a downtown quake
Wake it up, shake it down
We got the girls, all jumping at the Tucson Lake
Feel the love moving 'round
The party's getting hotter, we got the fire, water

Turn up some Joe Cocker
If you wanna catch a ride through a good time
This is a song, get on
And if you wanna have a party, we can start it right
What you waiting on, get on
Don't let it slip away, it's all about today
Hear all the people say, oh, get on, baby, get on
Get on, get on
Get on, get on, get on, get on, help me, ladies
Get on, get on, get on, get on, turn it up
Get on, get on, get on, get on, turn it up
Get on, get on, get on, get on all day
If you wanna catch a ride through a good time
This is a song, get on
And if you wanna have a party, we can start it right
What you waiting on, get on
Don't let it slip away, it's all about today
Hear all the people say right now
We'll get you feeling right, just rock it and we'll talk
We'll rock it all night
Oh, get on, baby, get on, life, get on
Don't let the meek get on, that was get on
