Get Out of My Way Lyrics

Go ahead start causing trouble
Get outta my way get outta my way...
Don't want your lies and I don't want your...
I don't see any fun
In getting fucked up around this place
I played as much as you
Get outta my way get outta my way
Rich kid rich kid get outta my hair
Get outta my way get outta my way
I'll sing what I'll sing and I'll wear what I'll wear
Get outta my way get outta my way
I try to love mankind and I try to do what's right
But I can't do anything...
Get outta my way get outta my way
Go ahead start causing trouble
Get outta my way get outta my way...
Who do you think you are
Do you think you're some kinda cop

Why did you come along you're a fuckin' cop!
Kid get outta my way kid get outta my way
Kid get outta my way kid get outta my way (repeat)
Get out of my way!

Rancid is a punk rock band which formed in Berkeley, California, United States in 1991. The band consists of Tim "Lint" Armstrong (vocals, guitar), Lars Frederiksen (guitar), Matt Freeman (bass) and Brendan Stieneckert (drums). The band has released seven albums: "Rancid" (1993), "Let's Go" (1994), "...And Out Come the Wolves" (1995), "Life Won't Wait" (1998), "Rancid" (2000), "Indestructible" (2003) and "Let the Dominoes Fall" (2009). The band originally consisted of Armstrong, Freeman (both former members of Operation Ivy) and drummer Brett Reed, with Frederiksen joining in 1993. Reed left in 2006 and was replaced by Stieneckert.

To date, Rancid has released seven studio albums, one split album, one compilation, two extended plays, and a series of live online-only albums, and has been featured on a number of compilation albums. The band has independently sold over four million records worldwide,[4] making it one of the most successful independent punk groups of all time. The band rose to fame in 1994 with its second studio album, Let's Go, featuring the single "Salvation". In the following year, Rancid released its highly successful album ...And Out Come the Wolves, which produced its best-known songs "Roots Radicals", "Ruby Soho" and "Time Bomb", and was certified gold and platinum by the RIAA, selling over one million copies in the United States alone. Its next four albums, Life Won't Wait, Rancid, Indestructible and Let the Dominoes Fall, were also critically acclaimed, though not as successful as ...And Out Come the Wolves. Rancid is currently working on an eighth studio album, which is said to be recorded in September 2011, and expected to be released in 2012.
