Ghost You Know Lyrics

There's a room in my house where I stumble over a memory
There's a light in the night and I wonder if you've come back for meWell it's a little too late to say sorry, but don't be so hard on me
Ghost, you know I can't go backCome like a whisper in silence, a brush on my skin
the shadow that flies by my door, but I'm wanting moreWell it's a little too late to say sorry, but don't be so hard on me
Ghost, you know I can't go backLike a song in my ear you are near me, here like a time machine
Ghost you keep pulling me backWell If you've been here all the while, watching me drift by and by
Waiting for something to fill me up, ghost close your eyesI can silence the voice in my head and hear you instead
Whisper and sing for me again, rise from the deadWell it's a little too late to say sorry, but don't be so hard on me
Ghost, you know I can't go backLike a song in my ear you are near me, here like a time machine
Ghost you keep pulling me backSometimes you lose everything, or gave it away well it's hard to say now
