Girl in a Car Lyrics

Big wet snow the day I left
Didn't stick around like me, I guess
Half a tank of gas, money well spent
Mississippi was a frozen wreckI'm still in love with you
I'm going south, I'm going crazy
What else am I supposed to do
I'm just a girl in a car, leavingShivering on a bridge with a cigarette
Making sure the sun still sets
I look before I leap
Pray the Lord my soul to keepI'm still in love with you
I'm going south, I'm going crazy
What else am I supposed to do
I'm just a girl in a car, leavingSunday morning hit the shore
Gulf of Mexico never seemed so pure
Sit and watch the tide roll in
And I turn west, another road beginsI'm still in love with you
I'm going south, I'm going crazy
What else am I supposed to do

I'm just a girl in a car, leaving
