Gloria Lyrics

Well, now she don't need to see the sun ahead
Don't need that help from God above
If you're losing her don't be sad
'Cause she will offer you heart attacksShe's tired of problems that you caused her mind
Tired of all those lies in your freak show
Tired of being alone at night
Being the lowest cat on earthSo Gloria steps out from the prison
Gloria's no longer the wasted disco girl
You've been dreaming about
Gloria, alone now forever
Gloria, away in the air now
Gloria, she's no longer your slave, no, noIt's time for you to see yourself
All the misery you brought up
Gloria's one day ahead
Watching you from the heaven's gateShe's tired of problems that you caused her mind
Tired of all those lies in your freak show
Tired of being alone at night
Being the lowest cat on earthSo Gloria steps out of the prison

Gloria's no longer the wasted disco girl
You've been dreaming about
Gloria, alone now forever
Gloria, away in the air now
Gloria, she's no longer your slave, no
No longer your slave, noGloria, alone now forever
Gloria, away in the air now
Gloria, she's no longer your slave
No, not anymore, no, not anymore
No, no, not anymore, no, no, yeahGloria, steps out of the prison
Gloria, no longer the wasted disco girl
You've been dreaming about
Gloria, alone now forever
Gloria, away in the air now
Gloria, she's no longer your slave
No, not anymore, no, no, no, no, not anymore

Mando Diao are a rock band from Borlänge, Sweden. According to the band, the name Mando Diao has no meaning at all, but rather appeared to band member Björn Dixgård in a dream. Their sound is influenced by The Animals and Oasis. The roots of Mando Diao date back to 1995 when Björn Dixgård was a member of a band called Butler. Band members came and went; four years later, the remaining line-up chose to proceed more seriously in their musical efforts. Björn Dixgård and Gustaf Norén locked themselves up in a summer house and spent six months writing songs.
